my name is Aeson ...
Born and raised in Los Angeles, I grew up watching my dad document life’s little moments. He had this way of capturing the everyday – my brothers and I playing or just hanging out – and then turning those moments into memories we could revisit in family albums. That’s where it all started for me. Now, my goal is to do the same for you: to create images that let you step back into a moment and feel it all over again.
With a background in photojournalism, I take a documentary approach to wedding photography. I believe weddings are about more than just posed shots. They’re about capturing the connection between two people and the real, candid moments that happen in between. I’m all about being in the moment with you, blending in with your guests, and documenting the day as it unfolds naturally.
When I’m not behind the camera, you can usually find me outdoors with my family or chasing after that perfect light. Whether it’s hiking or just a quiet moment in nature, that’s where I recharge.

What inspires me

Photography has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my dad was always behind the camera, capturing the small, everyday moments of our family. Those memories, preserved in photo albums, inspired me to do the same for others—to create images that allow people to relive their special moments for years to come.
My style is a blend of cinematic and moody—good light with a touch of dark, dramatic tones. I love finding the balance between softness and depth, capturing emotions in a way that brings your story to life. No two shoots are the same, and I approach each one with fresh eyes, letting the day unfold naturally while I capture those candid, real moments.
What sets me apart is my relaxed approach and focus on authenticity. I’m all about making you feel comfortable so you can be yourself. I believe the best photos happen when you’re in the moment, not posing for the camera. My goal is to document your day in a way that feels true to you, creating memories that will last for generations.

I used to breakdance, but now I break my back, knee, etc.
When I’m not behind the lens capturing love stories, I’m probably diving into some of my other creative passions. Before becoming a photographer, I worked as a 3D artist, bringing visuals to life in a whole different way. My love for visual storytelling started there, and it’s shaped the way I approach photography today.
Beyond art, I’m a big fan of the outdoors and spending time with my family. Being based in Los Angeles, I’m never too far from a good hike or an escape into nature, where I can recharge and find inspiration. And while I’m at home, I’ve always had a love for travel, and I’m more than happy to pack my bags and capture your story wherever it may take you—whether it’s a local celebration or a destination wedding across the globe.
That’s a little peek into who I am outside of photography. At the end of the day, no matter where we are or what we do, we all have a unique story to tell. It’s what makes capturing love so special—and I’d be honored to document yours too.
Behind the Lens
Rain or shine, I’ll be there to capture it all.
On your wedding day, I’ll be there from the start, quietly capturing the excitement and emotion as it unfolds—whether it’s the bride getting ready with her squad, or the groomsmen sneaking a few laughs (and maybe a drink) to calm their nerves. My goal is to let the day flow naturally, while making sure every important moment is documented, from the ceremony to the reception and everything in between.
I like to blend in with the day—sometimes in the middle of it all, capturing those spontaneous moments, and other times in the background, catching the little things you might not see, like a tearful glance or a shared laugh. Whether it’s candid shots or a few posed moments, I’m there to make sure you’ll have memories to relive for years to come.
