I document weddings as they happen. Your day, your people, captured the way it actually felt.
I document weddings as they unfold, with a focus on storytelling and composition. My background in 3D art influences how I see scenes, but I don't stage or direct—I just capture what's happening with visual intention.
Husband and father of two daughters. Former breakdancer. Still chasing light.
My approach is documentary storytelling with a strong compositional eye. I capture the in-between moments and real emotions as they unfold naturally, with careful attention to framing and light.
Every couple has a different story. I document what's actually happening on your day—the narrative, the connections, the moments that matter—without staging or forcing anything.
"Aeson was absolutely incredible! He was so chill and made us look amazing in all our pictures. We were worried about not knowing how to pose but he made everything feel so natural and fun and was really able to capture our special day."
"Coming from a person who is extremely camera shy and uncomfortable in front of the lens, Aeson is so personable it didn’t feel like a stranger photographing us but a friend who we’ve known forever."
"Aeson was so professional and really went above and beyond. We really loved how he made it a priority to make sure we were on the same page by going over a timeline and itinerary for our day."
I'm based in Southern California, but I travel regularly for weddings. If your celebration takes you somewhere beyond the usual spots, I'm more than happy to come along and document it.
Destination weddings often have a different energy—more intimate, more intentional. Whether it's a quiet beach ceremony, a mountain elopement, or a multi-day celebration at a villa somewhere, I approach it the same way: documentary storytelling with a compositional eye.
I'll be traveling to these locations in 2025 and can coordinate wedding coverage around these dates if your wedding happens to fall near them:
